Smart Working? The App to Manage Human Resources on the Go

Today workers are no longer tied to a desk or an office and no longer spend their entire day in front of a computer. Furthermore, employees want to have technology at work that is very similar to what they already use in their personal lives.

Companies therefore need to learn to manage the workforce in a new way, taking advantage of the tools offered by new mobile technologies to stay in touch with employees, improve productivity, acquire and retain competent staff, and grow the company. On the other hand, employees must be able to access all information concerning them, from payslips to holiday plans.

Companies know that employee engagement is a positive thing for business. In fact, a recent study (1) showed that business units with high employee engagement have 21% higher productivity. The ADP mobile solutions app can be used by employees to view payslips, company news, leave and holiday/leave requests, clock-in and clock-out times, balances, and timesheets. Managers can approve timesheets, monitor time off, and leverage ADP data and insights that can help them provide suggestions that can impact employees’ lives.
