OpenScape Office HX is the UC software application for HiPath 3000 that enables communication cost savings, thanks to its new functionalities offered on a 90-day trial.
HiPath 3000 is enhanced with the innovations of OpenScape Office HX, the new UC software application. Suitable for companies leveraging the benefits of chat, voicemail, and mobile communication, the OpenScape Office HX application supports up to 500 users.
To monitor productivity and results, OpenScape Office HX provides a new reporting tool (myReports); regarding its unique features, it highlights an automated personal assistant supporting instant messaging and presence services.
Calls can be recorded and managed – as voice conferences – via “drag and drop”. Integration with Microsoft Office applications is realized through the ability to initiate calls with a single click directly from within Office. It’s roughly equivalent to what happens via Outlook: through the Microsoft Outlook Client, you can have integrated management of voice communications, automated messages based on calendar status, and voicemail.
Finally, a multi-channel contact center intelligently routes communications according to the “skill-based routing” system.
