Nokia Lumia 625: Price of the 4G Smartphone

Features and the price of the Nokia Lumia 625, a new mid-range 4G smartphone, have been revealed.

Nokia has just launched a new smartphone, designed to fit into the mid-range price bracket, while still featuring a 4G connectivity module.
Its name is Nokia Lumia 625 and it comes with the Windows Phone 8 operating system and interface customization options, thanks to Live Tiles.
The operating system, in the case of the Nokia Lumia 625, has been further enhanced by the Nokia Lumia Amber update, for an even more intuitive user experience.
Regarding the processor, a Dual Core 1.2GHz has been chosen, which works with 512 MB of RAM, while the internal memory is 8 GB. However, the latter can be expanded up to 64 GB using an SD card.
The screen is a 4.7-inch super-sensitive LCD, large enough to comfortably consult HERE location services with free maps, turn-by-turn navigation, and public transport information.
What stands out most about this new smartphone, despite its technical specifications which – it must be admitted – are rather basic, is also the connectivity aspect: despite being a mid-range, not high-end, device, it includes a module for browsing on fast 4G (LTE) networks.

Finally, Nokia Lumia 625 features two cameras: the main one is 5MP and is equipped with Autofocus and an LED flash (1080 pixel resolution at 30fps), while the front camera is VGA.
Rounding out the package is the 2000 mAh battery.
The price of the Nokia Lumia 625 is 299 euros, as suggested by Nokia; as for its release in Italy, the expected period is the second half of August.
