On paper, it’s perfect for selfies and launching at a low price: it’s the LG Bello II.
LG has unveiled an upcoming smartphone, revealing some of its technical specifications.
It’s called “LG Bello II” and is positioned in the low to mid-low price range, although the company has not yet officially announced the purchase price.
The device appears to have been designed with particular attention to users who enjoy taking selfies, as the camera is specifically equipped with the so-called “Selfie Flash” and “Gesture Shot”. The self-timer will therefore be automatic, with recognition of face and gestures, without the need to physically press a point on the screen or a button on the body.
As for the core of this device, it consists of a quad-core processor with a 1.3 GHz frequency, 1 GB of RAM, and 8 GB of internal memory, which is expandable; as for the operating system, it is Android version 5.1.1 Lollipop.
The screen is 5 inches but its resolution is 480×854 pixels, with 196 ppi. All of this is framed by a metal chassis, a material normally reserved for high-end smartphones and certainly not for the entry-level category.
Regarding connectivity, the 4G LTE network module is missing but the rest is present.
Finally, the battery is 2540 mAh: at least in theory, this is a rather “substantial” feature that should ensure long battery life, considering that the smartphone has a basic configuration and therefore has little impact on energy consumption.
The available colors will be three: White, Titan, and Gold. Nothing has been revealed yet about the price of the LG Bello II, but more information will certainly be available in the coming days.
