Edit Facebook Comments, Here’s How

How many times have you thought, “How to edit comments on Facebook?” Until today, the only solution was to completely delete the comment. Here’s the new procedure to edit comments on Facebook.

Welcome news for those using Facebook screens: from today it’s possible to edit comments, fixing typos or last-minute second thoughts about the content just posted.
The ability to edit is not yet active for all profiles, but like all Facebook updates, it’s a matter of hours or a few days at most before the innovation is rolled out to everyone.
Just a few days ago, registered FB users noticed that the usual blue “send” button disappeared from the comments window: currently, pressing the “Enter” key on the keyboard directly publishes the comment.
Today, new text appeared directly below the white comment writing space: “Press Shift+Enter” to go to a new line.
That said, the latest news concerns the possibility of editing comments: simply click on the “X” at the top of the comment field. While until now this would have resulted in its removal, now you can edit, provided you do so within 60 seconds of publishing the original comment. After this time has passed, it will no longer be possible to modify the posted text.
Therefore, we can make another consideration: within 60 seconds it will no longer be possible to completely delete the comment (following the usual procedure of clicking on the “x”). You will have to wait 2 minutes to perform a full deletion.
Finally, editing comments on Facebook is possible only if no one has posted a comment after yours.
