Apple SIM is about to make its debut on the Italian market as well.
Very interesting news for those who travel frequently and are interested in using a data connection service that doesn’t hold unpleasant surprises.
It is learned that soon, in the coming months, Apple will begin to market its Apple SIM in our country as well.
This is a SIM card that allows you to have a mobile connection available in over 90 countries worldwide, with transparent, certain, and properly illustrated rates on the reference website.
Until today, Apple SIM availability has been exclusive to British and American users, but the very latest news concerns an agreement recently reached by Apple with the company GigSky, which specializes in this type of service.
This partnership will therefore lead to the diffusion of Apple SIM not only in Italy but also in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Turkey.
Apple SIM will be automatically assigned upon purchase of iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 3, and from that moment on, you can choose your preferred data plan, considering your travel destination and checking prices on the official price list published on GigSky’s website.
It is understood that both iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 3 can also be used with your own SIM card or with other SIMs that you may decide to activate in the foreign country you visit.
The benefit of using Apple SIM is the ability to use a single SIM for multiple trips, without major concerns and especially without unwelcome surprises due to exaggerated or not entirely known roaming costs.
