Increasingly commonplace, emojis are now arriving on Gmail.
New developments are arriving in email inboxes worldwide: Gmail has indeed implemented modules to allow users to utilize emojis.
The well-known “smileys” and colorful symbols, so widely used on smartphones and mobile platforms, are now entering the apparently more “serious” and static universe of email.
Sometimes, a small symbol is enough to communicate – not always without the risk of misunderstanding – with friends, family, and social contacts.
Precisely for this reason, and probably also to avoid being completely surpassed by other messaging systems, even the email giants are moving towards simplification, color, and dynamism in their graphic elements.
This is an almost mandatory path to avoid losing ground.
However, emojis are not the only new feature to appear on Gmail in recent hours.
It has been noted that, now available free of charge to all users, there are about a hundred new backgrounds and images ready to further personalize Google’s email inbox.
What’s more: the Gmail team also allows the use of these new images to enhance your desktop background.
It’s a gifting season, then, useful in terms of aesthetics – for profile and background images – but also useful for communication, which is increasingly rapid and real-time across all platforms.
