On Facebook, music recognition, like Shazam

The Facebook app is about to integrate a new feature, similar to Shazam: music recognition is coming.

Facebook continues to add new features to its platform and its official app.
This time it’s not aboutpersonal information to request with the “Ask” button or similar situations; the Facebook staff in this case has focused on a very specific area: music.
Apparently, in fact, soon it will be possible to activate music recognition, to share favorite songs or tracks just heard on the radio.
In short, it really seems that the Facebook staff wants to emulate what the most famous music recognition app, Shazam, already does.
The operation is very simple and intuitive: you will normally proceed to open the app and proceed as if you wanted to write a new status update. At this point, on profiles already activated in this regard, you will notice the presence of a new icon that symbolizes the audio listening of a multimedia content.
In this way you can click and the system will activate its “ear” and, if it’s a song, you can share its title, also providing those who read the post with a 30-second preview for listening.

For films and TV series, you will receive news about the production, the series, and the episode.
The novelty is currently being launched in a trial phase in the United States market only, with a subsequent arrival also in Europe and the rest of the world.
