Nokia X with Android: Low-Cost Price and Features

Nokia X is one of the smartphones with Android just presented in Barcelona: here are the price and features.

During the first day of MWC 2014 in Barcelona, Nokia debuted by announcing the upcoming release of new smartphones equipped with the Android operating system.
There are three devices, the first of which is called “Nokia X“, characterized by being primarily a dual SIM and secondarily an economical model, with a truly low-cost price.
Apparently and at first glance, the new Nokia X does not seem to differ much from previous models equipped with the Windows Phone operating system, as the interface has not been revolutionized.
In fact, the impression is not entirely wrong: despite the presence of Google’s OS, there are still many elements attributable to Nokia applications and WP.
It’s no coincidence that there is no trace of connection with the Google Play Store.
The company does not intend to abandon the operating system developed with Microsoft but has also begun a sort of opening towards an Android which is currently particularly customized and “stripped down”.
Regarding the technical characteristics of the Nokia X, it boasts a 4-inch WVGA IPS display with a resolution of 800×480 pixels.
The heart of this device is very minimal: we find a 1 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor and 512 MB of RAM to support it.

The internal memory available natively is 4 GB but can be expanded using a microSD card.
It also includes a 1500 mAh battery and a single camera, which in detail, is 3 megapixels.
The features – it is very evident – are decidedly “elementary”, so to speak.
However, the price of the Nokia X is not excessive, so everything is perfectly aligned: to purchase this new Nokia smartphone will only cost 89 euros.
