Apple assures it is working to overcome the problems that have arisen with iMessage, following the arrival of iOS 7.
Apple’s new mobile operating system, iOS 7, continues to cause headaches not only for end-users but naturally for the company itself.
A new bug has indeed been found that is causing problems with the proper functioning of iMessage: according to various reports, many users after the update to iOS 7 are complaining about the failure to receive messages.
Even though these messages appear to have been sent correctly, they do not always reach the recipient.
Often, the system flags the problem by displaying the red exclamation mark icon sometime after the initial message was sent.
All of this, it should be specified, happens randomly and in only a small percentage of cases, which – in any event – are indeed being reported.
Apple has acknowledged the situation and issued a statement explaining that work is underway to release a specific fix with the next software update.
Just a matter of time, then: iMessage will soon be functioning punctually and regularly again, according to promises made by Apple, which – it must be admitted – in situations like these always responds quite quickly with new solutions and updates.
