The Huawei MediaPad 7 Vogue is a new tablet for which release and pricing information is still unknown, but some technical specifications have emerged.
News is on the horizon for Huawei in the tablet sector: data leaked online suggests that a new product, named Huawei MediaPad 7 Vogue, is about to be released.
The information, surfaced online through a DLNA certification document, reveals the technical specifications of the new tablet.
Two versions will be offered, depending on the processor configuration chosen: there will be a tablet with a 1.2 GHz Arm Cortex A9 quad-core CPU and a tablet with a 1.5 GHz Arm Cortex A9 quad-core CPU.
In both cases, the operating system will be Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, and it will feature a 7-inch screen with a resolution of 1024×600 pixels.
It appears there will be a choice between a model with Wi-Fi only connectivity and one with Wi-Fi + 3G.
However, information regarding the camera specifications remains in the dark, as none have been released. It is almost certain that it will have two cameras, but the megapixel count available to buyers is not yet known.
In any case, it is worth noting that an official presentation of the Huawei MediaPad 7 Vogue has not yet taken place, so more information will be available soon, including pricing: rumors suggest these tablets will be positioned in the budget segment. Yet, the initial leaked technical specifications suggest very good performance: if the tablet is indeed low-cost, it would represent a device with an excellent quality-price ratio.
