Huawei Honor 6, low-cost smartphone with quality

Great technical features and extra battery life at a low cost: it’s Honor 6.

A surprise move from Huawei: the company has decided to make a bold entry into the market in the final part of 2014.
To do so, they’ve focused on a smartphone that promises great performance but offered at a truly competitive price, considering its technical specifications.
Honor 6 – this is its name – features the Kirin 920 octa-core processor running at 1.3 GHz; 3 GB of RAM and a Mali T628MP4 GPU complete the package, with 16 GB of internal storage available to the user, expandable via SD card.
The display is a 5.0-inch LCD with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels (445 PPI) and is protected by Gorilla Glass 3.
The operating system is Android version 4.4, and regarding the camera setup, there are two cameras available: the main one is 13 megapixels, while the front one is 5 megapixels.
Connectivity features also include a 4G module, but what undoubtedly draws the most attention is the battery this great smartphone is equipped with: it’s a substantial 3100 mAh device.

This means that significant effort has been made to ensure long battery life; the company itself claims that with normal usage, the device can easily last for two full days.
All that remains is to state the price of the Huawei Honor 6: it is €299 across Europe, with exclusive sales channel managed by Amazon.
