Motorola is slowing down on its smartwatch release plans: it is learned that the new Motorola Moto 360 will not be released on the market in the coming weeks.
This is not the first time the appointment with potential buyers has been postponed, and this time the confirmation comes via Twitter.
Speaking is Tech Data, the company responsible for distributing Motorola products in our country.
The Motorola Moto 360 will not be available in Italy and much of Europe until early 2015.
What is the reason for this latest postponement?
Apparently, according to what was shared via Twitter by the Tech Data staff, the motivation lies in the great success the smartwatch has received.
Indeed, it reads: “due to strong worldwide demand, the product will be made available by Motorola in Italy and parts of Europe in early 2015.”
The most optimistic predictions from market observers had suggested an official Italian release close to Christmas, given the initial delay: since the October release did not happen and the November one was canceled, there was hope for a December, Christmas arrival.

However, the recent communication – official, albeit very brief – from Tech Data now dampens any enthusiasm for a possible purchase at the end of 2014.
The wait is therefore becoming more intense and anxious, considering that this smartwatch has a different design from others – being round – and considering also that it will be the first wearable device featuring the specific Android Wear operating system.
