The awaited Samsung Galaxy S6 is becoming a more frequent topic of speculation: here are some early insights.
The release of Samsung’s next flagship model – the Galaxy S6 – is anticipated, and the first rumors about its potential technical specifications are starting to emerge.
The first leak circulating on the web concerns the display size and resolution: there’s talk of a screen of at most 5.3 inches, with a resolution of 2160×3840 pixels, fully in line with 4K parameters.
However, this hypothesis is entirely unverified, as such a format on smartphones – given current average hardware capabilities and also battery life considerations – could be difficult to implement.
Another rumor concerns the processor: in this case, it is thought to be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 with a 64-bit CPU; a powerful core that could be unveiled in the coming months, presumably debuting precisely on the new Samsung Galaxy S6.
Finally, the latest circulating rumor concerns the camera system. According to the most recent leaks, the two cameras will be significantly enhanced, reaching 5 megapixels for the front lens and even 20 megapixels for the main camera, located on the rear casing.
In both cases, a completely new optical image stabilization system could also be implemented.
Connectivity should also see some improvements, at least in terms of Wi-Fi connection speed.
In any case, this is entirely hypothetical information, for which official confirmation is lacking: Samsung is providing neither confirmation nor denial regarding these details.
