Google Music, how it works and video

Google has launched a new project:Google Music. Its arrival, anticipated for some time, has been made official.

It had been talked about for some time, but yesterday afternoon the hallway rumors took shape: Google has launched Google Music, the cloud music service.
A product that obviously brings to mind similar services already in existence, such as the one offered by Apple or Amazon.
However, the first substantial difference between Google Music and its competitors is the price: Google Music is completely free.
At first glance, the new service seems to offer several advantages: synchronization of the music library across all devices connected to the account; ability to add songs for free, also selecting them from your PC; sharing on Google+ of songs downloaded from Android Market, with the possibility of streaming for friends in your circles; listening also in offline mode; overall ease of use.
There is a downside, not insignificant: the catalog of Google Music – integrated with the Android Market music store – although already well-stocked, lacks important tracks from discographies. The issue is that the necessary agreements with some major record labels have not yet been reached: consider, for example, the absence of songs from the Warner Music catalog, which each year releases commercial hits that cannot be underestimated in this market.
At present, this could be the weak point of the system, but the last word has not been said: new developments are constantly underway and partnerships may soon be announced.
At the moment Google Music is only available in the United States and allows you to upload a maximum of 20,000 tracks per account to the cloud: a truly large number.
Compatibility is ensured with all Android devices, and regarding music for download, you can find both free and paid songs, drawing from the catalogs of giants such as Sony, Universal e EMI , as well as material from emerging artists who can decide to distribute their tracks for free or set a download price.
Speaking of prices, are around 99 cents per track, with the possibility of also purchasing albums, as has always happened on all online stores of this type.
The arrival date of the service is unknownGoogle Music in Italy but it is likely that in a few weeks our accounts will also start playing.
