The ASUS Eee Note EA-800 is about to arrive in Italy, the new device that combines an ebook reader, a digital notepad, a camera, and an MP3 player into a single tech gadget from ASUS.
Its internal memory is 4GB, meaning the ASUS Eee Note EA-800 can hold around 10,000 ebooks. Storage capacity can also be expanded thanks to the presence of a micro SD card slot.
Equipped with Wi-Fi, the device can therefore connect to download ebooks and can also be synchronized with your PC, thanks to EverNote software.
Usable for over 13 hours on a single battery charge, the ASUS Eee Note EA-800 runs on Linux and reads PDF, ePub, JPEG, and MP3 formats. Regarding ebooks and documents, the screen facilitates viewing, offering a wide grayscale range and a resolution of 768×1024: this ensures good contrast even under direct sunlight, allowing for comfortable reading.
In addition to being an ebook reader, the ASUS Eee Note EA-800 allows you to take notes as if on a digital notepad: you can indeed write or draw on the 8-inch anti-glare touchscreen.
