Prime Day 2018 will feature 50% more Deals of the Day and over a million promotions worldwide. This year, Amazon will offer even more to Prime customers, with events taking place in some of the world’s major cities.

Starting this year, customers can shop Prime Day Launch: new products, content, and special editions from hundreds of well-known and emerging brands, exclusively for Amazon.

Prime Day, Amazon’s highly anticipated annual shopping event exclusively for Amazon customers, will kick off at 12:00 PM on July 16th and run through July 17th. Bigger than ever, the day (and a half) of Prime Day will be extended from 30 hours in 2017 to 36 hours in this new edition, with over a million exclusive offers for Prime customers worldwide.

Prime members in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Mexico, Japan, India, Italy, Germany, France, China, Canada, Belgium, Austria, and this year Australia, Singapore, Netherlands, and Luxembourg, can find deals on items like TVs, smart home solutions, kitchenware, groceries, toys, fashion, furniture, appliances, back-to-school supplies, and even stock up on everyday essentials. Those who are not yet Prime members can visit amazon.it/primeday to sign up for the program. Eligible customers can enjoy a free 30-day trial to participate in Prime Day.

The biggest Smile Boxes ever will arrive by land and sea to be delivered in major cities around the world. Customers will be excited when each box, about 7 meters long, opens to reveal events celebrating the unparalleled benefits offered byPrime membership. Another new feature this year will be new exclusive items from hundreds of well-known and emerging brands worldwide, offering special edition content and products available only to Prime customers for a limited time. The selection of Prime Day Launch items in Italy will include: various albums by artists with signed Special Editions including Luca Carboni, Tedua, DrefGold, Sfera Ebbasta, Achille Lauro, a smart diagnostic scale with Bluetooth from Omron, and an Ariete cordless electric broom and portable vacuum cleaner with bagless cyclonic technology and a rechargeable lithium battery.

In the days leading up to Prime Day, Prime customers will already discover many types of exclusive promotions and deals. The following promotions start today:

Amazon Brands – The lowest prices of the year on Amazon brand products, including discounts of up to 20% on AmazonBasics items.

Amazon Music – Prime members who have not yet tried Amazon Music Unlimited will get access to four months of the on-demand music streaming service, which offers a complete catalog with tens of millions of songs, thousands of playlists, and radio stations, for just €0.99.

Twitch Prime – Prime members can enjoy hundreds of hours of free gaming: Amazon is offering one free PC game per day until July 18th. Prime members will also receive an in-game prize for popular games like Warframe and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.

Kindle Unlimited – Prime members can enjoy three months of unlimited reading at no additional cost by subscribing to Kindle Unlimited.
