Vodafone has announced a series of iPad 2 plans, the new tablet from Apple that hit Italian shelves last Friday, March 25.
The new iPad 2 plans from Vodafone are three, designed for every type of mobile web user: there are offers for those looking for a timed solution or, conversely, without too many constraints, up to the plan for those needing a good connection speed; Vodafone thus offers three types of plans for iPad 2.
Those who think they only need to use the internet occasionally, perhaps because they can rely on wifi at home or at work, might consider the Internet Facile Day: for 2 euros per day, users have a maximum of 500MB of data traffic available.
Different are the needs of those who prefer to always have a mobile connection: the solutions proposed by Vodafone are called “Internet Sempre Smart” and “Internet Sempre Super“.
Internet Sempre Smart costs 9 euros per month and allows for 1 GB per month, with browsing speeds up to 1.8 Mbps. It is a good solution for those who use the iPad 2 simply to check their email, interact on social networks, or browse.
The offer is different for those who prefer to also watch videos, download songs, albums, or games: in this case, a plan allowing more included data traffic is preferable. Here, Vodafone proposes Internet Sempre Super: 19 euros per month for 3 GB of data traffic at a maximum speed of 7.2 Mbps.
Finally, still within the third option range (thus dedicated to those who prefer to have more data available) here is the plan Vodafone Internet Sempre Top: 5 GB per month with speeds up to 28.8 Mbps, for 29 euros per month.
For those who will subscribe to Vodafone Internet Sempre Super or Vodafone Internet Sempre Top, Vodafone has thought of a “combined” gift: the Vodafone Internet Key WiFi, free of charge. In this way, you can connect your iPad 2 to two other devices (for example to the mp2 player or to a PC), taking advantage of the wi-fi.
