One working day after the request, to find out the outcome of the operation, you can call our toll-free number 800 957 766 from a landline or the number 06 42986411 from a mobile, using the phone number for which you requested subscription; alternatively, you can access “Manage Subscription” via the web.

If you did not save it during the registration request or it has expired, you can generate a new one by calling the RPO numbers indicated above from the phone number you wish to register.

We also remind you that:

  • the registration request is processed within one business day and becomes fully effective within 15 days for Telephone RPO and 30 days for Postal RPO.
  • registration with the RPO cancels any previously granted consent for telephone marketing and phone number sharing for promotional campaigns, loyalty cards, discounts, and customer loyalty programs;
  • the revocation of consent is effective for both calls made by human operators and automated calls;
  • after registering for the service, you may only receive authorized calls within the scope of existing contracts or those that have expired no more than 30 days prior (e.g., in the telecommunications and energy sectors), or contacts from operators to whom you have given specific consent after the registration date or the last renewal of your registration.
