Request for refund of the concession fee for mobile subscriptions: launched through Adoc

Adoc distributes the forms for the request for reimbursement of the concession tax for mobile subscriptions, here is how to proceed.

In the field of mobile telephony, there is a charge that really does not sit well with those who have taken out a subscription, whether business or private use: it is the concession tax for mobile phone subscriptions. While private individuals are forced to pay 5.16 euros per month, business subscription users see a charge of 12.91 euros per month billed instead.
The start of the refund requests for the concession tax on mobile phone subscriptions was triggered by the ruling of the Veneto Tax Commission: at the end of January this body declared the tax to be illegitimate.
The Adoc , on this basis, has therefore prepared the forms to request the refund, meanwhile attempting to proactively find a solution with the phone operators, called to a negotiation table.
The initiative, as expected, has not left mobile phone subscribers indifferent, to the extent that Carlo Pileri – president of Adoc – stated that in just a few days the request form for a refund of the concession tax for mobile phone subscriptions was downloaded by as many as 10,000 people.
The procedure is simple: Adoc invites requesting a refund of the last three years of tax (thus multiplying the monthly fee figures mentioned by 36), attaching copies of invoices (payment receipts are also acceptable) and sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the legal address of one’s respective telephone operator.
After this, the consumer association invites you to send the documentation to Adoc itself for their records, by fax or email.
