Motorola is churning out a series of products suitable for those who need a smartphone for work more than for nurturing social media contacts.
This is the case, for example, of the Motorola PRO, the first Motorola smartphone with Android (Android 2.2 Froyo) created specifically for this target audience.
Its processor speed is 1 GHz and it has internal memory up to 2 GB; to expand it immediately, an 8 GB microSD card is included in the package. Alternatively, those with greater needs can purchase an additional microSD card with a maximum capacity of 32 GB.
Regarding RAM, it is 512 MB.
As a smartphone supporting business activities, the Motorola PRO includes a data encryption system; furthermore, a fairly robust battery has been provided which, for the European market, reaches 1820mAh.
Moving on to the exterior, the Motorola PRO has a QWERTY keyboard, a 5-megapixel camera, dual LED flash, and a 3.1-inch TFT display (320×480) made of Corning Gorilla Glass, presenting an overall Candy Bar form factor.
