“LeggoIBS Surf Pad HD” is the new offering from IBS, presented at the start of the 2013 Turin Book Fair.
The Turin International Book Fair 2013 has begun, and the first innovations are arriving, not only concerning traditional publishing but also extending into technology.
IBS has taken the opportunity of such an important showcase to present a 7-inch tablet, named LeggoIBS Surf Pad HD.
The natively available operating system is Android 4.1.1. Furthermore, IBS’s press office reports that this tablet is Google-certified, with direct access to downloadable applications from the Google Play Store.
The processor is a dual-core 1.5 GHz, with 8 GB of internal memory available, expandable by an additional 32 GB via a MicroSD card.
Returning to the screen, it’s a 7-inch HD 10-point multitouch display with 16 million colors, a resolution of 1280×800, and backlighting.
Two integrated speakers (0.5 W) and a front-facing camera of 0.3 megapixels are included.
The battery guarantees 10 hours of playback and 15 days in standby.
In terms of handling, the dimensions are 121 x 194 x 9.9 millimeters, weighing 300 grams.
The design, characterized by rounded edges, allows for a choice of three colors: black, red, or blue.
The price of LeggoIBS Surf Pad HD is 159 euros.
