Before its definitive version, Internet Explorer 9 Release Candidate paves the way for the official launch of Microsoft’s browser. Here are some features of the Internet Explorer 9 Release Candidate and the official presentation video, produced in Italian.
Speed is the watchword for Internet Explorer 9 Release Candidate: since last September – when the Beta was released – work has continued on this aspect, resulting today in an assured 35% increase in speed compared to the Beta itself.
Definitely a significant step forward.
Speed also means greater rapidity in performing simple user actions: in this regard, we have optimized the browsing experience, seeking to reduce the number of clicks required to achieve an effect. For example, by copying a link from text, you can open it by clicking on “go to copied address,” instead of performing the more habitual and classic copy-paste into the address bar.
Another very important element is the “Tracking Protection” functionality: by activating it, you can prevent information from being transferred to certain sites, ensuring privacy and security.
From a graphical perspective, the interface of Internet Explorer 9 release candidate is very sleek and clean: few frills and ample space for browsing. The address bar can be placed on the TABs, multiple home pages can be opened thanks to “pin to taskbar,” and finally, it will be possible to visually retain recent searches for quicker retrieval within the current session.

Microsoft has created an Italian video to present the new features of IE9 Release Candidate.
