Appointment with the 2nd edition of BIG DATA Conference on November 19th at the Royal Hotel Carlton in Bologna. The event aims to be the most important meeting in Italy to truly understand what is happening in the world of Big Data and analytics.

 

IDC predicts that corporate investment in Big Data and Analytics will increase considerably and be driven primarily by the need to create the so-called “intelligent enterprise”. All of this, according to IDC, will lead to spending on Big Data management solutions and services to grow progressively. For Italy, we are talking about a growth rate of almost 30% until 2015. Given the pervasiveness of the topic, Big Data will become a standard foundation for all future information management projects. They will therefore permeate the technological choices and business practices of every ‘intelligent company’.
