The HTC One M8s will also arrive in Italian stores starting in May.
The arrival of the new HTC One M8s smartphone in all mobile stores and electronics chains is just around the corner.
The manufacturer has officially announced that the device will also be distributed in our country during May 2015.
At the time of writing, the price of the HTC One M8s is not yet available: the company has not disclosed it, deferring the announcement to other channels or, more likely, postponing it for a few more weeks.
There are few surprises regarding the technical specifications of the HTC One M8s: the device is essentially a copy of the already known HTC One M8, although some hardware details have been “revised and corrected”.
While nothing has changed from a design perspective, the innovations are primarily at the processor level: the HTC One M8s runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 CPU, a powerful 64-bit octa-core processor (4 cores at 1.7GHz and 4 cores at 1.0GHz). The RAM is 2GB, while the native internal memory is 16GB, expandable via microSD up to a maximum of 128GB.
The operating system is Android 5.0 Lollipop, with the proprietary HTC Sense interface; the display is 5 inches in full HD with Corning Gorilla Glass. Overall, it is a slightly curved yet resistant device.
The camera setup consists of two cameras: the main one is 13 megapixels, while the secondary one (the front camera) is 5 megapixels.
The battery has also been enhanced: in this case, we have a 2840 mAh battery.
As already mentioned, the price in Italy has not yet been revealed, but it is known that the HTC One M8s will be sold in the British market for approximately 380 pounds.
