Streamago Social, Tiscali’s Live Streaming

Tiscali also announces the availability of an app dedicated to live streaming videos: Streamago Social is here.

News also from Tiscali, concerning the availability of a specific app that seems to arrive just at the right time.
It is indeed an application designed for live streaming video editing: this seems to be the global trend of the moment, and Tiscali has not been caught unprepared; on the contrary, it entered this market very early.
Perfect timing, therefore, for the official presentation of Streamago Social, this is the chosen moment for the video streaming app.
Currently, Streamago Social is only available for iOS devices and needs to connect to a Facebook profile to function.
This way, with a click, the live sharing of one’s video will start, and it will also be possible to retrieve it in the future since the multimedia content will remain available thanks to the on-demand function.
Compared to other apps of this type – namely the increasingly popular Periscope and Meerkat – Tiscali’s Streamago Social offers an advantage: it allows you to decide to limit the streaming to just the audio part.

This was conceived with the intention of limiting data traffic consumption and bandwidth usage (especially when it proves slow) in conditions of potentially imperfect content reception.
The second advantage in using Streamago Social is related to the interaction itself with one’s contacts: it is indeed possible to receive likes and comments at the very moment of sharing the video during live streaming.
Immediate and intuitive, the Streamago Social app is therefore the very first Italian response to Meerkat and Periscope: decidedly excellent timing for Tiscali.
