HTC Evo 3D, the 3D smartphone is ready

The HTC Evo 3D smartphone is the new device about to hit the market whose main feature is the ability to display 3D images without the need for special glasses.

Giant leaps in the 3D field: after color TVs and dedicated screens, three-dimensionality is now also arriving on smartphones and, in particular, on the brand new HTC Evo 3D.
The new HTC device will be marketed by the end of July, likely also in Italy, although the list of countries chosen for the launch and the sales price have not yet been disclosed.
The fundamental feature of the HTC Evo 3D is the ability to view objects and elements in 3D, without the need to have the glasses that we are used to wearing in front of the screen of a 3D cinema or a 3D TV.
The HTC Evo 3D screen is a 4.3-inch LCD; also in the video domain, the smartphone has two cameras: one front-facing 1.3 MP, the other rear-facing which even allows recording in 2D or 3D, with two very visible LED flashes on the body (as can also be seen from the photo accompanying this article).
As with other HTC devices, the core will be Android, specifically version 2.3.
Regarding the processor, it is rumored to be a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon dual core, with 1 GB of RAM.
The internal memory is 4GB but it can be expanded thanks to the microSD card slot.
Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS facilitate connectivity, and regarding further features, we note the presence of an accelerometer, digital compass, and FM radio.
The battery included in the package is 1730 mAh.
For now, these are the known features of the HTC Evo 3D.
As soon as its sales price and launch date in Italy are formally communicated, we will provide an update.
