On the occasion of the Cisco Learning Partner Global Conference, held last March in Las Vegas, Fast Lane – GKI was awarded the Quality Distinction Award by Cisco, an award given in recognition of the highest quality training among all Cisco Learning Partners.
The Quality Distinction Award recognizes the highest quality in course delivery, rewarding Learning Partners who have consistently achieved a score above 4.6 (out of 5) in customer satisfaction evaluations throughout the year.
The Cisco Learning Partner Awards are given to Learning Partners and Business Learning Partners who demonstrate best business practices, becoming a benchmark for the industry. The aspects considered for the award are the level of collaboration with Cisco and other Learning Partners, innovation and development of new programs to improve the learning experience, growth trend, and quality level, thus recognizing the overall commitment to providing the best possible learning experience.
