TIM: 4G network offers for smartphones, tablets, and USB modems

Here are the details of the TIM 4G packages:
For smartphones:
– Internet 4G: 35 euros per month + 5 euros (activation fee) for the right to 20 GB of traffic per month and TIM Cloud service. There is no contractual obligation or time limitation for the connection.
For tablets:
– Tutto Tablet 4G: 45 euros per month for a Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, 20 GB of traffic per month, TIM Cloud service, and Cobo Suite. In this case, a 30-month subscription will be required. As with the previous package, there are no time limitations for the connection.

For those interested in browsing via 4G dongle, you can choose from three different types of offers:
– For those who already have an LTE technology dongle:
Internet 4G: 35 euros per month + 5 euros (activation fee) for 20 GB of data per month and TIM Cloud service. There is no contractual obligation and you can browse at maximum speed without time limitations.

For those who do not have a dongle:
– Internet Pack 4G: Onda MT8205 dongle, 12 months of browsing, 20 GB of data per month. In this case too, there is no contractual obligation and browsing is considered unlimited in time.
– All Internet 4G: 35 euros per month + 9 euros (activation deposit which will be refunded) for the Onda MT8205 dongle, 20 GB of data each month and the TIM Cloud service. For this offer, however, there is a contractual obligation for 24 months.

In all cases TIM points out that exceeding the maximum data threshold of 20 GB will result in a sort of “penalty”: no extra charge will be applied, but browsing speed will be “throttled” until the beginning of the next month, down to 32 Kbps.
