Sony Walkman F800 Series is one of the latest newcomers in the Sony range dedicated to music lovers: it is an mp3 player that, relying on the Android ecosystem, offers a global entertainment and continuous connectivity experience.
The operating system it is based on is Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, which means full integration with the market where you can download various types of applications.
There are already some preloaded apps, such as those for checking your email or for viewing maps, just to name a couple.
There are two ways to get new apps: you can activate Bluetooth or connect to the internet, since the Sony Walkman F800 Series is equipped with Wi-Fi modules.
Everything can be easily activated via the 8.9 cm, or 3.5 inches, multi-touch display.
Regarding audio specifically, the digital amplifier is an S-Master MX paired with five Clear Audio technologies, capable of reproducing particularly distinct bass and clear highs.
To further enhance the sound, there is always the integrated xLOUD speaker system that provides support.
The system release of Sony Walkman F800 Series in Italy is scheduled for August.
