Sony launches two soundbars, HT-G700 and HT-S20R. Thanks to the new models, you can fully experience the audio of movies and TV shows: a powerful and immersive sound experience right in your home.
HT-G700 is a 3.1-channel Dolby Atmos/DTS:X soundbar that not only delivers powerful surround sound but also offers crystal-clear dialogue to fully immerse you in your favorite movies and TV shows.
Hear sound from every direction with up to 7.1.2-channel surround sound. HT-G700 features Sony’s Vertical Surround Engine: the three front speakers, combined with signal processing, are positioned to create immersive audio, both horizontally and vertically. Signal processing has been further optimized to expand the listening area. And, by pressing the Immersive AE (Audio Enhancement) button, HT-G700 even converts stereo audio to up to 7.1.2-channel surround sound, transforming any movie or TV show into a superior entertainment experience.
HT-G700 also features a dedicated center speaker, which ensures clear voices in any context, from the rapid-fire jokes in your favorite show to the whispered dialogue in movies. The soundbar is also perfect for music listening, creating an intense and detailed experience.
Finally, the HT-G700 includes the exclusive S-Force PRO technology for wider acoustics, suitable even for TVs larger than 55 inches, which fully engages the viewer.
With just one button press on the remote control, you can directly select the audio mode best suited for what you are listening to. Get to the heart of movies with Cinema mode and catch all the nuances of your favorite tracks in Music mode. There are also Voice mode and Night mode. The first adjusts audio settings to emphasize dialogue so you don’t miss a word, while the latter optimizes the acoustic balance for extreme clarity, even at low volumes.
The powerful wireless subwoofer of HT-G700 delivers deeper, richer bass sounds, further enhanced by the particularly large internal cabinet. Installation with the TV is quick and easy, and can be done via Bluetooth or HDMI eARC/ARC.
HT-S20R
HT-S20R is an affordable yet powerful 5.1-channel soundbar. Its elegant design hides its capabilities: 400 W of power, two rear speakers, and a subwoofer. Designed to fit perfectly with any TV, HT-S20R is easily installed via HDMI, optical, or analog connection. You can also enjoy music via Bluetooth connection or USB.
HT-G700 e HT-S20R will be available starting in late spring.
