The Samsung NX1000 is one of Samsung’s newest mirrorless cameras: here is its retail price and features.
Samsung, likely in anticipation of summer, has released three new cameras, including the Samsung NX1000.
Its main feature is that it is a mirrorless camera with integrated Wi-Fi, a valuable feature for immediate sharing of newly taken shots.
The official presentation took place last April, but the company is now ready to enter the Italian market, putting the mirrorless camera on sale starting the first week of July.
The sensor is a 20.3-megapixel APS-C CMOS 16:9, and for lenses, it uses Samsung NX Mount attachments.
The sales package includes a 20-50mm II I-Function lens and the NG8 Flash.
The wide ISO range ensures consistently sharp and clear photos: the ISO sensitivity reaches up to 12800 as a standard setting.
Aesthetically, the Samsung NX1000 features slim, essential, and very clean lines. Available colors are white, black, and pink.
The SmartAuto 2.0 system modifies camera settings once the subject of interest is framed, thus selecting the most appropriate mode for balanced and sharp photos.
Everything can be monitored via the bright 3-inch display located on the back of the camera.
It is also possible to record Full HD 1080p videos with stereo audio, even in low-light conditions.
The Wi-Fi connectivity is useful not only for instant sharing on social networks or via email but also becomes invaluable for direct transfer to your smartphone: simply press the “Smart Link” button to make this happen.
All of this is housed in a rather lightweight body: 222 grams, considering the weight without memory card and battery.
The price of the Samsung NX1000, as recommended by the company, is 649 euros.
