Samsung Galaxy Tab 2: Delays in the release of the new series

A few more weeks of waiting for the release of the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 series: there has been a delay in commercialization, let’s find out more.

Announced as releasing just these days, the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 series will not arrive in stores for a few more weeks: it is likely we will have to wait until mid-May to see the first units in circulation.
It was Samsung itself that announced the release date shift, using its Italian Facebook page. At the same time, it is implied that more patience will be needed for the operating system update of smartphones and tablets already in circulation.
Indeed, the following message can be read on the Samsung bulletin board: “Regarding your requests, we inform you that we will be able to start releasing the update to Android 4 ICS for Galaxy S II starting from the first half of May.”
At the same time, new models will also have to wait, precisely because work is still underway on the update to Android 4 Ice Cream Sandwich. The new operating system will indeed need to communicate and interact with TouchWizz, the interface used by the Galaxy Tab 2.

Work is proceeding in this regard, in order to offer a complete experience, without the need for further upgrades in the short term.
In fact, at the time of their presentation, the 7-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 were announced as featuring Android 4, but despite being well within Samsung’s forecasts and work plans, the wait is not entirely over yet.
