Samsung Galaxy S II Plus Incoming, It’s Official

The Samsung Galaxy S II Plus is the new smartphone upcoming release for Samsung: its specifications have been unveiled.

Busy days for announcements in the electronics sector: Samsung is also rolling out the models that will fill store shelves worldwide in the coming months.
The release of the new Samsung Galaxy S II Plus has indeed been announced: in the coming months, this next-generation smartphone will also reach Italy, although the company has not yet officially confirmed a precise sales date for the device.
The technical specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S II Plus have been revealed, starting with the fact that the operating system will be Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.
Overall, there are few novelties compared to the currently available version of the Samsung Galaxy S II.
To list the main ones, we could start with the 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus screen, with a resolution of 480×800 pixels.
The processor is a 1.2 GHz dual-core that works with 1 GB of RAM, while the base internal memory is 8 GB but a microSD card can be used to expand it up to a maximum of 64 GB.

The camera system consists of two cameras: the main one is 8 megapixels, while the secondary one – located on the front and useful for video calls, for example – is 2 megapixels.
The battery will be 1650 mAh, so, in summary, there will not be significant innovations worth noting – apart from the CPU and operating system – compared to the previous version.
It is not yet possible to anticipate even the price of the Samsung Galaxy S II Plus, as the company has not commented on it. The smartphone will certainly be available in two colors: blue or white.
