Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 announced: the features

Samsung opened the WMC 2013 with the announcement of the new Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, a tablet with phone functions: here are its features.

The start of the Mobile World Congress 2013 underway in Barcelona did not catch the industry giants off guard, as they immediately began releasing announcements: this is the case of Samsung which has presented its new device Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0.
It is officially a tablet but it would be more correct to define it a phablet, since it also has features of a real phone.
The price of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is not yet known, but Samsung has already revealed all its main features.
Let’s start with the processor: it’s a 1.6 GHz Exynos 4 Quad that interfaces with 2 GB of RAM. As for internal memory, there will be different capacities, up to 32 GB native; to expand storage capacity, a microSD card of up to 64 GB can be used. It concludes with the Android operating system version 4.1.2, therefore Jelly Bean.
Regarding the screen, it’s an 8-inch TFT with a resolution of 1280×800 pixels. The S-Pen glides lightly on it, a support for taking notes, working on documents,

seging ” screen into two and using it – for example – to watch a video and simultaneously open text files (possible thanks to the function called “Dual View”).
There are two cameras: the rear one is 5 megapixels, while the front one is 1.3 megapixels.
For the battery, finally, a 4600 mAh battery has been included.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 will arrive on the market starting from the second quarter of 2013, but it is likely that later there will be a second release of the same device, enriched with LTE connectivity modules.
