The officialization of the new product from Samsung arrived on time and therefore it can be stated that Samsung Galaxy Gear not only exists but is ready to be launched on the market.

Quite small – it’s typical for a watch, after all – but the new device will receive notifications for SMS, emails, and calls: it will therefore be used not on its own but always paired with the main device.
The connection between the two devices will be via Bluetooth, not Wi-Fi, as was speculated.
However, it must be said that the Samsung Galaxy Gear also allows you to receive calls, meaning you can answer an incoming call on your smartphone directly through the interactive watch, simply by raising your arm: this is possible due to the integration of a microphone and a speaker.

Regarding the price of the Samsung Galaxy Gear, only the price for the US market has been announced: $299.
As for the release, it is expected that the smartwatch will reach stores on September 25th, starting in the United States.
