Some time ago, we covered the news about the upcoming release of a special camera: the Samsung Galaxy Camera is indeed a digital camera equipped with the Android operating system and, therefore, with a 3G connectivity module.
The current news is that Samsung has recently released an official video related to the Samsung Galaxy Camera, allowing potential users to discover its aesthetics and, above all, its functionalities.
This camera is, in fact, the solution to the question of “instant photography with a smartphone” – thus with the possibility of immediate online sharing – or “photography with a camera” followed by later distribution?
The new Samsung Galaxy Camera resolves this debate and any doubts in this regard, offering all the quality of a normal camera of this level, with the convenience of connectivity, almost like a smartphone.
It only lacks the ability to make calls, send SMS, and browse fully.
Let’s briefly recall that the new Samsung Galaxy Camera offers a resolution of 16.3 megapixels and a 21x optical zoom, a 1.4 GHz Exynos quad-core processor, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of native internal memory, expandable via microSD card, and a 4.8-inch AMOLED capacitive multitouch display (1280×720 pixel resolution).
Naturally, Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity modules are included.
All of this is enclosed in a weight of approximately 300 grams and dimensions of 128.7×70.8×19.1 millimeters.
The price of the Samsung Galaxy Camera is 549 euros.
