OKI Europe Ltd has launched a new range of color printers and multifunction devices. The range is designed to transform how printers are used in businesses of all sizes, from home offices to small offices and up to large enterprises.

The new models place professional, high-quality colour printing within the reach of every business. Thanks to this, it is now possible to print everything needed in-house and on demand, saving money, time, and space, and enabling a faster response to market changes.
The launch expands OKI’s range of Smart printers, bringing smart printing and document management to the desktop format for the first time. Businesses will thus be able to accelerate their journey towards digitalization, introduce smarter workflows, increase productivity and responsiveness with exceptional colour output and digital solutions.
All devices in the new range include innovative features aimed at improving connectivity and Gigabit Ethernet to enable faster transfer of large colour files over a network. The “C542 e MC573 models are compatible with Apple Inc’s AirPrint, while all devices are ready for Google Cloud Print 2.0 for mobile printing. Wireless options are also available across the range. The new devices integrate the latest security features, including Private Print to help maintain document confidentiality and optional Card Release, and compatibility with the IPSec (Internet Protocol Security) protocol.

Printer setup, use, and maintenance are significantly simplified, and a video guide is available for installation and replacement of consumables.
The new range starts with the affordable C332dn e MC363dn, which, together with exceptional print quality ProQ2400, are capable of delivering the highest speeds in their market segment. The MC363dn offers copying, faxing, scanning, and automatic duplex printing functions. With OKI, there is no need to compromise on functionality when purchasing a smaller desktop model.
Businesses looking to accelerate their growth through digitalization and streamlined workflows should consider the new C542dn printer and MC573 multifunction device, which make the world of touch screen technology and smart printing accessible even at this price point. OKI’s customizable 7″ screens and smart extendable platform (sXP) allow connection to an existing pull printing fleet or access to document management software at no additional cost. Both boast a powerful new engine, resulting in speeds of up to 30 ppm and print quality of 1200 x 1200 dpi.
The open sXP platform and OKI’s integrated SENDYS Explorer software make the Smart MFPs ideal tools for enabling digital workflows for a wide range of sectors, such as healthcare, retail, and the professional print market. The compact MFPs allow for easy and fast scanning of all types of documents, right at the point where they are created, such as in clinical settings, or at retail points of sale.
At the higher end of the range, the C612dn and C712dn combine fast, high-level production with reliability and robust security features, with particularly low running costs. The portfolio also includes A3 digital LED printers such as the C823/C833/C843, which have the smallest footprint in the market. Thanks to LED technology and OKI’s HD colour results, the C800 Series guarantees superb print quality with particularly saturated colours and sharper details on an unrivalled range of print media, perfect for companies in the creative sector.
