.NET Campus 2012 – April 21, 2012

Rome on April 21 at the University Roma Tre: 48 technical sessions held by nationally and internationally renowned speakers, 6 technical tracks, 1 track dedicated to women, 1 dedicated to sponsors, 3 guided workshops on Windows Phone 7 and Windows Azure, and much more await you at .NET Campus.

 

.NET Campus, together with technical sessions focused on the latest developments around the .NET world, represents a unique moment where companies and students can meet to compare their worlds and combine their experiences. The idea was born to connect students with the working world and to allow companies to meet new talents.
The first edition, in 2010, took place at the University Roma Tre, gathering 828 registrations from students and companies, and 4 local and national television stations attended. The second edition, in 2011, was held in Rome and Milan, surpassing 1550 registrants.
The technical sessions are held by nationally and internationally renowned speakers, authors of books in Italian and English. Together with the technical sessions focused on the latest developments around the .NET world, the day represents a unique moment where companies and students can meet to compare their worlds and combine their experiences. The idea was born to connect students with the working world and to allow companies to meet new talents.
The agenda is divided into sessions on various current and future technologies. The parallel sessions are organized into different tracks, allowing participants to choose for each slot the topic of greatest interest.

Below are some details about the conference that we will hold in Rome on April 21 at the University Roma Tre:

– 48 technical sessions held by nationally and internationally renowned speakers including some authors of the most important books on .NET for MS Press

– Six technical tracks with sessions on Web, Data, Windows 8, Gaming, Windows Phone 7, Language, Application Lifecycle Management

– A track dedicated to women with technical and orientation sessions held by female speakers

– A track where sponsors can present their recruiting programs in addition to technical content

– Three guided workshops on Windows Phone 7 and Windows Azure

 

Moreover, participants have many job and career opportunities by also using the event’s website:

– Over 20 job postings have been published by sponsors: you can submit your application directly from the site.

– “Projects and ideas” contest: the best will be awarded with a paid internship at Avanade
