The anticipated release of the Moto 360 smartwatch is fast approaching, and the first details about its features and, more importantly, its price have leaked online. The opportunity to discuss this arose from the online publication of a page on the renowned e-commerce platform Best Buy, featuring the wearable’s technical specifications, photos, and the purchase price. The link is no longer accessible at present, leading the site’s staff to quickly take the content offline, evidently published prematurely and thus by mistake. It was learned that the Moto 360 is equipped with a 1.5-inch LCD touch display, with a resolution of 320×290 pixels (205 ppi) and Gorilla Glass 3. The body is made of stainless steel and plastic on the back, with waterproof capabilities and resistance to immersion for up to 30 minutes at a depth of 1 meter. The strap is made of leather, with the overall weight of the smartwatch being approximately 60 grams. Many features are designed for sports enthusiasts, including a pedometer, heart rate monitor, and GPS.

The minimum requirement to actively use the Moto 360 smartwatch is to own a device with Android operating system version 4.3 or later. Internally, it boasts a Texas Instruments processor and 512 MB of RAM. Regarding the price of the Moto 360, it was officially listed on Best Buy at $249.99. If confirmed, this would be the highest price in the sector at this moment.
