Here comes a new smartphone: its name is LG Optimus Vu and it has just been officially announced, with its price and features unveiled by LG.
LG has just announced that the new LG Optimus Vu smartphone will be released: after its arrival in the Japanese and Korean markets, here comes its debut in the rest of the world.
LG Optimus Vu features a powerful and high-performing processor: it’s a quad-core “4-plus-1” NVIDIA Tegra 3, also intelligent in terms of energy saving to avoid excessive battery drain.
The operating system is Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and the available internal memory is 32 GB.
However, what immediately catches the eye is undoubtedly the screen: LG Optimus Vu is indeed a smartphone with a 5-inch display in a 4:3 format, XGA IPS with a resolution of 768 x 1024.
Remarkable and with a definite impact, ideal for watching videos or playing video games.
The smartphone’s main camera is 8 megapixels and is located on the rear casing, while the front camera is 1.3 megapixels.
In total, the LG Optimus Vu weighs 168 grams, with dimensions of: 139.6 x 90.4 x 8.5 millimeters.
As for the price of the LG Optimus Vu, LG informs that the recommended retail price in the Italian market is 499.90 euros.
