LG officially unveils the technical specifications of LG G3 Stylus: here are the details.
LG has just announced a new release in its catalog, this time for the phablet sector: the brand new LG G3 Stylus is ready.
In fact, this is the “enlarged” version but in some ways technically reduced version of the current top-of-the-line smartphone, so the decision was made to mostly continue on the same line.
Although the official presentation has not yet taken place since LG has decided to participate in IFA 2014 in Berlin with this flagship phablet, the company itself has wanted to offer a preview of the device by publishing its technical specifications.
It is therefore discovered that the operating system is Android 4.4.2 KitKat and that the chosen processor is 1.3 GHz but it has not been specified which one it is specifically; the supporting RAM is 1 GB while the internal memory available natively will be 8 GB. However, since there is a slot for housing a microSD card, the storage capacity can be easily expanded.
As for the display dimensions, we are talking about a 5.5-inch diagonal with a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels.
There are two cameras available to the user: the main one is 13 megapixels, while the secondary one – located on the front – is 1.3 megapixels.
All of this will be supported by a 3000 mAh battery.
From the point of view of software features, there are no significant new developments but everything is “borrowed” from what is already available from LG, such as the Smart Keyboard, QuickMemo+, Gesture Shot for selfies, and unlocking the device with Knock Code. It should be noted that a stylus is also included.
No information has been officially released regarding the price of the LG G3 Stylus; it was only learned that sales will start in Brazil, with non-excessive purchase prices.
All that remains is to wait for IFA 2014 to learn more details and especially the release date in Europe.
