**HTC Titan II** makes its debut in the European press, after its presentation at CES 2012: very particular features make it a Windows Phone that is already being talked about a lot.
HTC Titan II was presented at CES 2012 and is undoubtedly HTC’s biggest news at the moment.
In addition to being equipped with the operating system Windows Phone Mango, this device supports LTE networks of a new generation: in other words, it is a 4G smartphone. In fact, its release will soon be in the United States, where the operator AT&T is focusing precisely on these high-speed networks.
This is not the only noteworthy feature: the main camera of is 16 megapixels, supported by LED flash, image stabilizer, wide-angle lens, bright rear sensor, autofocus, and red-eye reduction.
Basically, it will be like having a digital camera in your hands that also allows you to make calls and browse; it is no coincidence that on the HTC Titan II there is a physical button for taking photos. Regarding the front camera, it is reported to be a 1.3-megapixel feature.
Such an imaging setup can only rhyme with particular attention also given to the screen which is in fact a 4.7-inch super LCD capacitive touchscreen display, perfect for even watching movies or playing video games, even motion games.
Obviously, all this can only “rest” on a powerful processor: the heart is a Qualcomm S2 at 1.5 GHz.
Finally, even the autonomy issue was not overlooked, as the battery inserted on the HTC Titan II is a 1,730mAh lithium-ion battery, therefore – at least on paper – good endurance.
Although, as mentioned at the beginning, the 4G network support suggests that the launch in Europe is still far off – since this type of technology is currently available in America – it is worth considering that the news about the HTC Titan II did not simply come from CES 2012 but was also taken from an official statement issued in Italy: could this be a sign of a forthcoming 4G launch also in Italy and more generally in Europe?
