How to add links to TikTok videos

To insert a link on TikTok, you need to have a TikTok Pro account. Here are the steps to add a link to your TikTok videos.

To insert a link in a TikTok video, you must meet certain requirements:

1. Verified account. You must be a TikTok user with a verified account. If your account is not yet verified, you can request verification in the Settings section of the TikTok app.
2. More than 10,000 followers.You must have at least 10,000 followers on your TikTok account.

Once you meet these requirements, you can follow these steps to insert a link in your TikTok video:

1. Open the TikTok app and go to your profile by tapping the “Me” icon at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap the three-dot icon in the top right corner to open your profile settings.
3. Scroll down until you find the “Add a link” option and tap it.
4. You will be redirected to a confirmation page where TikTok will ask you to verify that your account is a Pro account. If you do not have a Pro account yet, follow the instructions to switch to a Pro account.
5. Once your Pro account is confirmed, go back to your profile settings and tap “Add a link” again.
6. Enter the URL of the website or link you wish to add in the provided field and tap “Confirm”.
7. After confirming the link, a new “Website” button will appear on your profile.
8. To add a link to a video, create a new video or choose an existing video from your gallery. During the editing phase, tap the “Settings” icon in the bottom right.
9. On the video settings screen, find and tap the “Add a link” option, and enter the desired URL.
10. After adding the link, publish your video as you normally would.

Remember that links can only be added to your profile description and to videos. You cannot add links to comments or stories on TikTok. Additionally, keep in mind that this feature may not be available to all users, as it may be limited to certain regions or verified accounts.
