Founded in 1996 in Montreux, Switzerland, ESL Language Schools has become a European benchmark for foreign language teaching over the years. The group, which comprises two French language schools for adults in Montreux and Lyon, also offers eight Junior holiday programs in Germany, France, and Switzerland, with courses in French, German, Italian, and English.
ESL Language Schools is pleased to announce the addition of two new schools to its group, located in Berlin and Freiburg. In Berlin, the Prolog school is one of the two largest language schools in the capital, with national reach. While it primarily teaches German, it also offers 15 other languages. The IH Freiburg German school is one of the oldest in Germany.
Both schools are part of the IH association. By acquiring two German language schools, ESL Language Schools aims to strengthen its expertise in German as a foreign language, continuing a process initiated four years ago with the first Junior camps in the language of Goethe. “We aim to achieve the same level of excellence in teaching German as we have for French in our schools in Lyon and Montreux,” explains Alain Vadi, co-founder of the ESL Education group, which has been repeatedly recognized among the best French language schools worldwide.
Initially, the acquisition will not bring any changes for students and commercial partners. Innovations will be introduced progressively.
