econocom’s new INNOVATION CAMP is born: the idea incubator that embraces co-working.

Econocom therefore anticipates a market trend that sees the emergence of co-working spaces and start-ups focused on sharing, contamination, creativity, and the “learn by doing” culture.
A true innovation ecosystem, unique in which start-ups and digital talents can find the tools they need to turn their ideas into reality and grow their business.
This is how the “Innovation Camp is born, bearing the #thefutureison signature, Econocom’s true DNA, a concrete space within the company itself dedicated to research and development, entrusted to Luca Agrati, R&D Partner of Econocom International Italia. All of this falls within the Strategy and Development Directorate, led by Patrizio Corniello, Chief Strategy Officer, which allows for an overall vision and an integrated, cross-functional approach, in the construction of new projects and business strategies.
Innovation Camp fosters ideas to transform them into concrete projects. A co-working area to guide and involve workgroups, create nurseries for new talents, and activate ad hoc development paths for personal growth, before that of the idea.
Luca Agrati will identify and involve talents, researchers, professionals, and innovators within the Innovation Camp. The goal is to give voice to ideas that deserve it, develop them, establish partnerships, provide the technological infrastructure and expertise, help start-ups in their development by supporting them along the way, and map out tenders and opportunities.
The training of specialists and the growth of talents are an inseparable component of Econocom’s corporate culture, thus complementing the new people management model that Econocom Italia is implementing thanks to the Talent Farm project: employees must be able to respond optimally to market needs to ensure the company’s constant success.
