Apple TV: Special Operating System to be Unveiled

Apple is reportedly aiming for more than one new release in the coming days: an operating system for Apple TV and possibly new products are nearing their debut.

Anticipation is growing for the next opportunity to take stock of the present and future of Apple: just days before the start of the Worldwide Developers Conference 2012, rumors about the event’s content are multiplying.
The event, always a showcase for the launch of new Apple products, will take place in San Francisco from May 11th to 15th and, according to some leaks primarily reported by “Boy Genius Report“, will feature a series of innovations.
The first concerns the world of Apple TV: apparently, a brand new operating system has been perfected, which is expected to replace the current OS used by Apple TV.
Not only that, but the same operating system could also be implemented on modern televisions, even from other manufacturers, thus exporting the Apple world to one’s home TV.
However, certainty diminishes further on this second point.

Certainly, the advent of a new OS for the Cupertino company’s TV would make the Apple universe even more complete and allow various devices to communicate with an additional tool – the television – more easily sharing various types of content on the home screen.
The new system could therefore be called iTv, but we will have to wait a few more days to learn more.
Concurrently, new Apple products could also be presented: let’s recall that according to recent rumors, a 10-inch iPad and an iPad mini could be arriving.
On June 11th, Tim Cook will unveil the Apple-branded innovations.
