The inauguration date for a new Apple Store has been set: sales start in Rimini. Here are the hours and initiatives for the first day of opening.
It has been whispered about for months, but the full confirmation has arrived: a new Apple Store is about to open in Italy, in Rimini.
The inauguration will take place on Saturday, August 3, 2013, at the Le Befane Shopping Centre, located at Via dei Caduti di Nassiriya. Doors will open at 9:00 AM and close at 10:00 PM.
This will also be the standard opening hours for the public, from Monday to Sunday.
The Rimini Apple Store will thus be the 13th Apple Store to open in Italy and, in more detail, it will be the second in Emilia Romagna, as there is already one in Bologna, located on Via Rizzoli.
The Rimini Apple Store will employ approximately 50 people, and on the first day of opening, the first thousand visitors will have the opportunity to receive a special commemorative t-shirt for free, prepared specifically for the inauguration, as is Apple‘s practice for every new brand store opened in any city worldwide.
Exactly like elsewhere, the design and furnishings will not differ from other stores: clean and essential lines, glass, light wood, visually light materials, and differentiated areas for the various Apple products.
Naturally, even in Rimini, the Genius Bar service will be present, which is typical and absolutely indispensable, a true distinguishing factor for Apple.
