The World Mobile Congress 2013 in Barcelona also sees Acer presenting new products, among which the new Liquid Z2 stands out, a smartphone scheduled for release in March.
What strikes is its low-cost price, certainly considering it’s an entry-level smartphone, but which is characterized by being a dual SIM.
Its features – apart from some exceptions – are attributable to a fairly basic range: despite the choice to equip the smartphone with the Android Jelly Bean operating system – thus with the latest version – the rest of the features are confirmed as absolutely basic.
The processor is a 1 GHz single-core, RAM is 512 MB, while the natively available internal memory is 4 GB, expandable if necessary.
Even the display is neither very large nor special: it’s a 3.5-inch with hvga resolution of 480×320 pixels.

However, it is a dual SIM smartphone, as already mentioned, with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity and with technology for GSM/GPRS/EDGE and dual-band UMTS (900/2100 Mhz) networks.
The camera is 3 megapixels and is quite fast in its preparation for shooting.
All this at the low price of the Acer Liquid Z2: you will pay a maximum of 129 euros.
