In Florence, on June 21, the first stop of the “CFO & CIO Strategies” Roadshow

Florence will be the first stop on the traveling conference tour that Business International, in collaboration with Ricoh, is dedicating to the new role of the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer within companies, and to strategies for improving economic and financial performance by leveraging IT.

The economic-financial crisis and market hyper-competitiveness have significantly changed the traditional business models of companies, making strategic rationalization indispensable, especially for cost optimization.

How to calculate the ROI of IT projects? How to evaluate and measure your suppliers? When and why to outsource IT infrastructure management? What are the new “business-oriented” functions for CFOs and CIOs?

These are some of the topics the Tour will focus on, starting fromFlorenceonJune 21to then continue toPadua,onJune 28and toTurinonJuly 5.

The meetings, moderated byAlberto Bubbio, business consultant and university professor in business economics and management, will host some “excellences” from the Italian territory, share approaches and best practices with the audience, and discuss topics such as innovation and the value of IT in process optimization and improvement of business performance.
